Caring for your Mental Health

Attending psychotherapy is a beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing. It offers a serene space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with a compassionate and trained professional. Psychotherapy helps unravel the complexities of the mind, shedding light on hidden patterns and fostering deep understanding. This process not only alleviates emotional burdens but also empowers you to cultivate resilience and inner peace. As you embrace this path, you gain invaluable tools to navigate life's challenges, build healthier relationships, and achieve a profound sense of well-being. The beauty of psychotherapy lies in its ability to transform pain into strength and confusion into clarity, leading you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist who is passionate about helping people along their journey in reaching a place of fulfillment and self awareness. I truly believe that the therapy space is a beautiful one that may challenge us in the most valuable ways. I care immensely about topics related to acceptance, diversity, belonging, and allowing ourselves to see the beauty in our cracks. As such, I strive to make my therapy space feel calming and safe. I have special interest in working with anxiety, depression, grief, relational issues, adjustment issues, family dynamics, self-worth, and trauma.
